**Hikers Shoes**

Thank you for shopping with Hikers Shoes. This policy explains how we process, manufacture, and ship your order. Please read it carefully before placing a bulk or customized order.

 1. Order Processing

- **Purchase Order & Deposit:** All orders (standard and customized) are confirmed and enter production once a purchase order is issued and a **50% deposit** is received.
- **Balance Payment:** The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 2. Manufacturing & Production Time

Because many of our shoes are made to order for schools and institutions, please allow for manufacturing time **before** shipping begins:

| Standard orders | Minimum 60 days |
| Customized orders (school colors, logos, sizing, etc.) | Up to 90 days |

Manufacturing timelines begin from the date the deposit is confirmed and final design/specifications are approved, not from the date the order is placed.

 3. Shipping Timeframes

Once manufacturing is complete, orders are dispatched for delivery. Estimated shipping times below are in addition to manufacturing time:

| Domestic (within India) | 3–7 business days |
| Bulk/institutional deliveries | Scheduled directly with your Hikers representative |

 4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location, and will be confirmed at the time of your purchase order. For bulk and school-group orders, freight is typically arranged and quoted individually.

 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment details so you can track your delivery. For bulk institutional orders, our team will coordinate delivery scheduling directly.

 6. Delays

While we work to meet all estimated timelines, manufacturing and delivery dates may be affected by factors such as order volume, customization complexity, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delay to your order.

 7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it. (See our Warranty/Returns policy for full details — Hikers products carry a one-year warranty.)
