How long does production take?
Standard orders: 60 days minimum. Customized shoes: up to 90 days, since each pair is made to spec.
Do you offer school/bulk customization?
Yes. We customize color accents, trims, and stitching to match your school's uniform colors (black, navy, brown, or custom), and offer different styles depending on your dress code.
What sizes are available?
S8 to L12 across our full range.
Is there a warranty?
All shoes come with a one-year warranty covering quality and longevity.
How do I know when to replace my shoes?
Check cushioning and support regularly — worn-out soles can affect comfort and foot health. We recommend replacing shoes once support noticeably breaks down.
